Guided by the rhythmic cadence of your breath, Slow Yoga Flow invites you to move with intention and grace. Embrace the present moment as you transition through each pose, cultivating a deep connection to your body and the surrounding energy. This gentle flow, suitable for all levels, encourages a sense of mindfulness and heightened awareness.
Following 30 minutes of Slow Flow Yoga we will immerse ourselves within restorative practice of Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep for 60 minutes. This meditation technique will take you on a journey of conscious relaxation where the body and mind can release tension, inviting a sense of calm and renewal.
