Overview

Discover how your energy and nervous system shape your health through live channeling and a guided practice in the field.

Are you constantly tired, overwhelmed, or just not feeling well?

Maybe you've been navigating your own healing journey and wondering if there's another way forward. Or maybe you're ready to stop living from the same patterns and create a different relationship with your body, your energy, and your wellbeing.

In this free 90-minute session, we'll explore how the field you're living in can shape your experience of health and wellbeing and what becomes possible when you begin to relate to your body in a new way.

You'll experience a live channeled teaching on health, healing, and the energetic field, followed by a guided practice to help you connect with your body and explore a new way of experiencing health and vitality.

This is the second of three free live sessions leading up to The SHIFT, a one-day, in-person immersion into this work, teaching, practicing, and tapping into the field together. Awaken the Field is happening January 16th 2027, and it's your gateway into Quantum Mastery, the deeper three-day experience coming in the new year!

Date/Time: Monday, November 23 · 7:00–8:30PM ET
