Saturday, January 16th is a day I don’t want you to ever forget.
I want it to be a day where you cried, felt magic, and met amazing friends.
I want it to be a day you chose more for your year from an embodied place, rather than scribbling down some ideas in a notebook.

Dr. Kate Glebocki is the founder of IVY Energetic Studio in Charleston, South Carolina. Her work brings together nervous system education, energetic exploration, breathwork, and intuitive practices.
With more than 220 live experiences and over 4,700 people guided, Dr. Kate creates spaces for people to explore new perspectives, deepen self-awareness, and connect with what matters to them.
