space usage options

Choose the option that best fits your event needs and promotional preferences:

  1. Self-Promotion (No IVY Advertising)

    • Promotion is handled entirely by you, giving you full control over how you market your event.

    • Includes access to the studio space and all listed amenities, ensuring your event runs smoothly without additional promotional support from IVY.

  2. IVY Promotion (Including Advertising)

    • Comprehensive advertising support provided by IVY to help maximize your event's reach.

    • Includes creation and distribution of promotional materials, social media marketing, and inclusion in our newsletters.

    • Your event must align with IVY’s mission and values to qualify for promotional support, ensuring consistency and harmony within our community offerings.

  3. IVY Practice Members

    • Enjoy exclusive discounted rates on studio rentals as a valued member of the IVY community.

    • Option to include additional advertising support, similar to the IVY Promotion package, to further enhance your event's visibility.

  4. Invited Host

    • Reserved for hosts who have been personally invited to use our space. Terms and conditions are discussed prior to application to ensure a perfect fit for both parties.

    • Includes the IVY Promotional Package by default, providing maximum exposure and support for your event without additional costs.

Select a time slot that best suits your schedule and the needs of your event (Please note, we do not parcel out time blocks, 3 & 8 hour are the only rental options available.) :

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Friday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    • Flexible options available:

      • 3-hour segment: Perfect for shorter events or those requiring less setup time.

      • 8-hour segment: Suitable for full-day workshops, retreats, or multiple sessions.

  • Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

    • Flexible options available:

      • 3-hour segment: Great for morning or afternoon classes and workshops.

      • 8-hour segment: Ideal for all-day events, including retreats, extended workshops, or multi-session gatherings.

Note: A 30-minute setup time is included in the rental price to ensure you have ample time to prepare your space before the event begins.

Rental Rates

We offer flexible pricing options to accommodate various event types and budgets:

Self-Promotion (No IVY Promotional Package)

  • 3-hour event: $300

  • 8-hour event: $500

IVY Promotion (Including IVY Promotional Package)

  • 3-hour event: $450

  • 8-hour event: $650

IVY Practice Members

  • 3-hour event: $222

  • 3-hour event with IVY Promotional Package: $333

Invited Hosts

  • 3-hour event: Details discussed prior to application.

    • Reserved for specially invited hosts with tailored terms.

  • Includes IVY Promotional Package by default, ensuring maximum visibility and support.

If you need a longer time window for your event, please mention it in your application, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Application process

To ensure a seamless and harmonious experience for all parties, please follow these steps to apply for renting our studio:

  1. Submit Your Application

    • Complete the application form with all necessary details about your event, including date, time, type of event, and promotional preferences.

  2. Review Process

    • Our team, led by Dr. Kate, will carefully evaluate your application to ensure your event aligns with IVY’s mission and energetic standards. We prioritize events that resonate with our community values and commitment to uplifting consciousness.

  3. Contract and Date Confirmation

    • Once your application is approved, Jobeth will reach out to you to finalize the event date and discuss any additional details. A formal contract will be sent for your signature to secure the booking.

  4. Deposit and Payment

    • Applicants: A 50% non-refundable deposit of the rental fee is required to secure your spot.

      • IVY Promotion Package: An additional $150 deposit ($111 for IVY practice members) is required if you opt for the promotional package.

    • Invited Hosts: Payment schedules will be agreed upon prior to filling out the application form, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement on financial terms.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable to ensure commitment and proper scheduling of our studio space.

Promotional Package and Studio Amenities

  • Promotional package

    Enhance your event’s visibility and reach with our comprehensive promotion package:

    Eventbrite Creation

    We will create and manage your Eventbrite page, sending an initial invite to our 650 followers and a reminder the day before your event to maximize attendance.

    Social Media Promotion

    Facebook: Your event will be added to the IVY Facebook Page with you listed as a co-host, increasing exposure to our engaged community.

    Instagram: Receive 4 Instagram stories and 1 feed post to promote your event, reaching a broader audience through our active followers.

    Newsletter Inclusion

    Your event will be featured in our weekly newsletter leading up to the event date, ensuring consistent visibility and reminders to our subscribers.

    Promotional Materials

    Custom Canva-designed materials, including square images, Instagram stories, banners, and flyers, will be created to match your event’s branding and aesthetic.A custom flyer will be prominently displayed in the studio, attracting both existing and new clients.

    While we provide these promotional tools to support your event, it remains your responsibility to engage with your audience and ensure your event reaches full capacity. Our promotional efforts are designed to complement your own marketing strategies.

  • Amenities

    Our studio is designed to support a wide range of events, providing everything you need to create a memorable and impactful experience for your attendees. Hosting an event at IVY Energetic Studio comes with a variety of amenities to ensure your event is comfortable, engaging, and successful:

    Audio-Visual

    Large Bluetooth Bose speaker: High-quality sound system for presentations, music, or guided sessions, ensuring clear audio for all attendees.

    Comfort

    Heated amethyst crystal mats, pillows, blankets, and cushions: Available to enhance comfort and create a cozy atmosphere during your event.

    Atmosphere

    Custom lighting: Adjustable lighting to set the perfect mood for your event, whether it's bright and energizing or soft and relaxing.

    Incense, sage, palo santo, and candles: Tools for creating a serene and spiritually uplifting environment, perfect for meditation, healing sessions, or workshops.

    Refreshments

    Hot tea and water: Complimentary beverages to keep your guests hydrated and comfortable throughout the event.
