NetworkSpial Entrainments

NetworkSpinal (NS) is a gentle, precise form of chiropractic care that works directly with your nervous system—the “operating system” that governs your body, emotions, and connection to life. Instead of forceful adjustments, NS uses light contacts along the spine to cue your body to release tension, reorganize, and access greater energy and ease.

When you experience three entrainments in one day, your system has the opportunity to accelerate this process. Each session builds upon the last: the first entrainment often opens awareness to where stress is stored, the second helps your body reorganize that tension into usable energy, and the third allows deeper integration so you leave feeling lighter, more connected, and attuned. SRI (somato-respiratory integration)

Somato-Respiratory Integration (SRI) is a guided breath and body awareness practice designed to reconnect you with the wisdom of your nervous system. Using focused breath, touch, movement, and sound, SRI helps you shift the way you experience stress, tension, and emotion, turning them into resources for healing. The practice moves through 12 distinct “stages,” each one representing a way your body organizes and processes energy.

Early stages often focus on recognizing and acknowledging areas of disconnect, tension, or survival patterns in the body. Mid-stages guide you into reclaiming your own energy, expanding breath, and learning how to move from resistance into acceptance. Later stages open into joy, gratitude, and a sense of union with something larger than yourself. The result is an embodied map for your healing journey—you leave with practical tools to regulate your system, greater emotional clarity, and a deeper connection to your body’s innate intelligence.
